Welcome to Q-Sec. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our website and your engagement with any of our cybersecurity, IT, consulting, cloud, or managed services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you accept and agree to these T&C. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Who May Use This Website

 

The content on this website is intended for business and professional audiences. You must be at least 18 years old or represent a legal entity with the authority to engage with Q-Sec services. Unauthorised access, copying, or use of our content, data, or systems is strictly prohibited.

2. Scope of Services

 

Q-Sec provides services including, but not limited to:

  • SOC-as-a-Service (Q-SOC)

  • Incident Response and Digital Forensics

  • Penetration Testing & Red Teaming

  • Vulnerability Management

  • Risk and Compliance (DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR)

  • Managed IT and Security Services

  • Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

  • Firewall, Endpoint, and Infrastructure Support

  • Security Architecture and Professional Consulting

  • Project-based IT & InfoSec Services

 

Service engagements are based on a signed agreement or confirmed scope of work. Individual service agreements outline specific deliverables, pricing, terms, and SLAs.

3. Client Responsibilities

 

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information needed for service delivery

  • Ensure that all use of our services complies with applicable laws

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and data

  • Cooperate with onboarding, integration, and security validation processes

4. Intellectual Property

 

All content, software, documentation, and deliverables provided by Q-Sec remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You may not reuse, replicate, or distribute any part of our work without written consent.

5. Service Modifications

 

Q-Sec may enhance, update, or discontinue elements of its services. Any changes that materially affect your use of paid services will be communicated in advance.

6. Billing & Payment

 

All services are billed according to contract terms. Invoices are payable within the stated payment term. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Hour-based service plans (e.g., IR, Consulting) may include rollover or conversion options, subject to agreement.

7. Cancellations & Termination

 

Either party may terminate the engagement per the contract. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices become immediately payable

  • Any remaining data will be returned or deleted based on your preference

  • A transition period may be arranged if needed

8. Data Privacy & Security

 

We comply with EU data privacy laws, including the GDPR. All client data is handled securely and only used for service delivery. For more details, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

9. Limitation of Liability

 

Q-Sec is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by the client in the previous 12 months, unless otherwise required by law or contract.

10. Governing Law

 

These T&CS are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and applicable EU directives. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Rotterdam.

11. Changes to These Terms

 

We may periodically update these T&CS, which will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
